By participating in our yoga classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Health and Well-being:
It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, including yoga. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns related to your health, please inform your instructor prior to participating. You understand that practicing yoga involves physical activity that may not be suitable for everyone, and you assume all risks associated with your participation.
2. Nonrefundable and Nontransferable Bookings:
All bookings for classes are final and nonrefundable. In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled class due to illness, poor health, or any other reason, your booking cannot be applied to future classes.
3. Personal Responsibility:
You are responsible for your own body and well-being during class. If at any time you feel discomfort or pain, you should stop and seek assistance if necessary. The instructor is available to provide modifications, but it is ultimately your responsibility to listen to your body.
