Welcome, I'm Leila 👋

Having practiced Yoga for almost 30 years I became a teacher in 2022. Qualified in Hatha and Restorative Yin Yoga I’m also passionate about Chinese Medicine and use of herbs and essential oils for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing.

I teach Breathwork and Meditation as part of my classes which are aimed at all abilities including beginners. I’ve taught many beginners who have never tried Yoga before and the feedback I receive is that they enjoy the pace of my teaching, patience and particularly the relaxation time at the end of practice. Students also enjoy the calming ambience created using candles, soft music and diffusing essential oils during the classes.

I love sharing my passion for yoga; the best part of my job is receiving feedback on how I’ve helped clients with anything from core strength to improved sleep. Yoga isn’t just an exercise class it’s a way of life and the benefits are far beyond just fitness..
