Welcome, I'm Leila 👋
I am a yoga teacher and nutritionist based in Hampshire on the South Coast of the UK. Qualified in Level 4 nutrition, Hatha and Yin Yoga, I’m passionate about the role of food an nutrition in promoting health, preventing disease and supporting overall wellbeing.
I support clients in weight management through nutrition guidance, plus advice on supplements and use of herbs and essential oils for supporting a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.
I teach Breathwork and Meditation as part of my classes which are aimed at all abilities. I’ve taught many beginners who have never tried Yoga before and students enjoy the pace of my teaching, patience and particularly the relaxing meditation at the end of practice.
I love sharing my passion for yoga and wellbeing; the best part of my work is receiving feedback on how I’ve helped clients with anything from core strength and weight loss to improved sleep.
