I did the 21-day reset with Leila after a very indulgent holiday! As someone who is perimenopausal and hadn’t felt truly “well” in a long time, I needed to reset. I’m not overweight but I also wouldn’t describe myself as fit or particularly healthy, so this was about getting back on track. Welcome, I'm Leila 👋

Having practiced Yoga for almost 30 years I became a teacher in 2022. Qualified in Hatha and Restorative Yin Yoga I’m also passionate about Chinese Medicine and use of herbs and essential oils for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing.

I also incorporate Reiki into my workshops and offer 1-1 Reiki healing sessions.

I teach Breathwork and Meditation as part of my classes which are aimed at all abilities including beginners.

I’ve taught many beginners who have never tried Yoga before and the feedback I receive is that they enjoy the pace of my teaching, patience and particularly the relaxation at the end of practice.

Students also enjoy the calming ambience created using candles, soft music and diffusing essential oils.

I love sharing my passion for yoga; the best part of my job is receiving feedback on how I’ve helped clients with anything from core strength to improved sleep.
